คุณสมบัติ :
Location: Chalong, Phuket

Our Customer Service Agents will be working at our booking offices located in Chalong (Phuket). The main duty is to assist our customers or clients with their travel needs such as ticketing, reservations, online & telephone sales. We are a professional and friendly company. If you join us, you can be sure to develop your skills!

You will be expected to provide:

• Excellent verbal/written customer service in English
• Correct information to our customers & managers
• Great service according to our quality standards

Main Duties and responsibilities

• Professional & friendly international customer service
• Excellent telephone and online travel communication
• Learning & understanding our knowledge database
• Providing clear information for all booking needs
• Able to convert questions into bookings as trained
• Prioritising customer needs and working systematically

Successful applicants will be able to work both day & night shifts (normally with 2-3 days off per week)
