1. SCOPE OF POSITION: Responsible for coordinating the development, implementation and evaluation of approved training programs to improve staff performance in accordance with Human Resources policy
2. EXPERIENCE: Having direct experience in Human Resources especially in Training and Development at least 3 years
3. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor?s Degree or higher in related field
4. NATIONALITY : Thai only
5. AGE: not under 32 years old
6. SEX : Male only
7. SPECIAL SKILLS: Computer literacy in Microsoft Office , Good team player with excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills , Able to work independently and good at multi-tasking , Capable to travel up-country strong swimming skill
8. ENGLISH PROFICIENCY : English skill both in written and spoken is preferable
