คุณสมบัติ :
1. Male or Female, age 30 - 40 years old, Thai Nationality
2. Bachelor\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s or Master Degree in Human Resources Development (HRD), Human Resources Management (HRM) or any related filed
3. At least 5 years experiences in direct training development functions or Organization Development in heavy industry will be an advantage
4. Have knowledge in Modern HR development in competency, Knowledge Management (KM), Succession Planning, on the job training, etc.
5. Have knowledge?s in functional competency, core competency and Role Specific competency will be an advantage
6. Able to get requirement Leadership, Service mind, Problem solving, Creative thinking
7. Good command of English & computer skills
