คุณสมบัติ :
Qualified candidates will have at least 5-8 years as Finance and Accounts experience in large, upscale, full-service 4-5 stars hotels and knowledge of elite boutique concept hospitality . Previous International hotel chain experience desired. Communication and correspondence in English MUST be excellent . Knowledge of hotel departmental operations. Knowledge of computer and training techniques. Knowledge of business law; federal, state and local taxes; as well as Department of Labor regulations. Knowledge of insurance, employee benefits, claims and liability. This position requires an energetic, ambitious leader with a passion for the business, who leads by example and is prepared to jump in support his/her staff at any time. Besides front office operations management and supervision, this person should be eager to learn hotel operations management; yield management, accounting, reporting, etc. Monitors and approves all sales, purchases, salaries and expenses for the property. Analyzes financial data of operations in order to advise management and to assist in maintaining an efficient operation. Prepares, reviews, and presents the Monthly P&L Statements. Prepares forecasts and budgets as required. Oversees all contracts and legal agreements and assists management in maintaining all licenses, permits, insurance and contracts. Hires, trains and supervises Accounting Department Staff including coaching, counseling, and discipline. Establishes and audits all internal financial controls, including purchasing, cash handling and disbursements, inventories, hotel equipment, and personnel time records. Serve as member of Executive Committee/Management Team, Manager on Duty (as required) and work with other management personnel to establish and implement hotel service standards to achieve maximum profitability and efficiency
