SCOPE:
Responsible for the management and daily supervision of the Concierge and Uniform Services, ensuring prompt efficient service is displayed to all guests.

Chief Concierge is the primary person to provide guest information, answer questions regarding and/or making arrangements for dining, entertainment, tours, religious worship, cultural activities, shopping and other services, keep accurate records, of all arrangements made.
