-Thai national,male,aged over 30 years,must possess ledership and be able to supervise and motivate 100 staff.
-Have a mininum of 5 years experience in factory management.
-Good command of written and spoken english with strong leadership skills.
-Computer skills essential,good knowledge of Microsoft Project.
-Have extensive experience in production planning and organizational skill.
