The Executive Assistant Manager-Rooms is directly responsible for overall administration and operation of the Rooms Departments including Minor Operating Departments, maximising quality and revenues at the same time as achieving bottom line goals. For the hotel overall, reinforce hotel-wide strong focus on enhancement of customer satisfaction through the establishment of quality standards and maintenance of high morale, this by maintaining high visibility within the workforce. Participate in all departments? activities/meetings. Take overall charge of the hotel in absence of General Manager, irrespective of duration
