SCOPE:

Provide positive first impression of the hotel when guests arrive to the airport. Arranges transportation to the hotel, ensuring prompt service and warm welcome. Imparts basic information about hotel and location while assisting guest to the car. Greets and assists guests with luggage at check-in/check-out at airport.
