Summary of duties

1. Assist the Pastry Chef for training and controlling of all Pastry staff under supervision.

2. Responsible for the proper efficiency and profitable functioning of the Pastry.

3. Supervise the work of all Pastry staff under supervision, remaining fair and impartial at all times.
4. Under the guidance of the Pastry Chef fully in-charge of the Pastry.

5. Under the guidance of the Executive Chef fully in-charge of the Pastry/Bakery operation by absence of the Pastry Chef and/or Chief Baker(Sous Chef)
